(The following is an excerpt from an official NHP {New Haven Police} report. Some sections have been removed.) "Since the founding of New Haven, the Dioscuri family has *deleted section*. They performed the first major crime operation in downtown New Haven with the infamous bank robbery, but as none of the family members were indicted, they *deleted section* and never were convicted due to the fear and respect they recieved. They were well known for the red mark that they left on their victim's properties. However, as New Haven attracted the bigger fish in the form of larger crime organizations (most notably *deleted section*), they slowly faded and became part of the criminal tapestry of which now is called New Haven." -October 27, 1941.
